What about my profile information on the old system?

We've added a simple import feature that allows for a simple and quick way to import all your old profile information. If you haven't looked at it in a while, you might want to dust it off or start fresh. It's completely up to you.

Who registers the domain name?

That totally depends on your choice. If you prefer a hands-off approach, we can take care of the domain registration for you. All you have to do is tell us what domain name you want and if available we take care of the rest. After registration, it is accessible through your control panel.

What domain registrar do you use?

We can work with any domain registrar you currently have and offer integrated registration through your control panel for new domain registrations. You are welcome to use any registrar you like, but you are responsible for getting them setup.

Who owns the domain name?

You do! You should never allow a company to own the domain name that you utilize for your online presence. That is something that should always remain in your name and control. All we do is help you get it setup correctly and ensure that it points to our servers to get you online as soon as possible.

Who hosts my website?

We do. We take care of everything from here. We require that any portion of your refill access be hosted on our servers due to security restrictions. If you are utilizing the matching site service, you continue to host your main website on your servers and we host the refill portal that has been customized to match your site.

Is there a contract?

Absolutely not. Memberships are done on a month to month basis. No contracts or timeframes of any kind.

Can I cancel mid-month?

You can cancel whenever you would like to. You will be given a pro-rated refund of your monthly fee in that event. Or you can schedule your membership to stop at the end of the month. Whichever works best for you.

Can I have the template customized?

Yes, you can make changes or add pages of content. Those changes are considered additional and not part of the inital membership setup fee. You can submit a support ticket and we can quote you a price on making any changes based on a $85 per hour charge. This is a perfect middle ground for someone looking to add to the template, but not ready for a completely custom site.

How do I update my content?

Your website content is available to you 24/7. You just log into your control panel here on RefillRx Connect and you can make any changes you need to the content of your site. If you have a question about a feature, just submit a support ticket.

Can I change the large images on the templates?

Absolutely! There is no charge to swap out the original images used in the templates, we actually suggest swapping them out with pictures of your pharmacy and your staff. All you have to do is send us the images to replace them with after registering. Please be sure that they are horizontal and large images.

How long does the process take?

All sites are completed on a first-come first-serve basis. Depending on the current load, most sites get completed within a few days after registering. Custom sites take an extended amount of time based on scope of project. A more refined idea of the expected timeframe will be given after signing up.

Can I change my site template to another?

Absolutely. If you have a default site, the charge to change is $100. This covers the time necessary to ensure a smooth transition. If you have made any customizations to the original template, you can still make the change, but the cost can be estimated at the $85 per hour charge to incorporate the changes made. Although a charge, this is a very cost effective way to give your customers access to a fresh look.

Can you update my existing site?

If you do not have access to your existing developer or want us to make minor changes on your existing site, we can. There are some key pieces of information that we need from you, such as an FTP account, but we can take care of the rest. We can estimate a cost based on your scope of work, just submit a support ticket to inquire.

How often can I update my site information?

As part of all memberships, you can update your site information as often as you like at no additional cost. All changes you make are immediate, so you have all the agility you need without technological headaches.

Can I change the main images on the templates?

Not only can you, we suggest you do! Those images are a perfect way to customize your templates at no cost. All you have to do is send us the new images you want to use and we take care of the rest. Looking for good images to use? Check out iStockPhoto!
